It took shear will power for me to attempt being vegan. I had loved the idea of being vegan for years but had no will power whatsoever so though I was vegan in spirit, I crumbled at the site of a rack of lamb. But in my 30's and even late 20s I had started to aquire a spare tire around my mid line. So I decided to give vegan-ism a go.

There are so many types of oils, all with different effects. Not all oils are the same. For example some are heavy, some are lighter.
Oil-based sealant: Soybean oil, grapeseed oil, castor oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil
Light sealant: Jojoba oil, grapeseed oil

I am convinced that lifestyle choices that we make today will impact on us tomorrow...what we eat, drink, what we put on our body, how we handle stress, exercise, etc, etc. It seems all common sense right? But its sooooo hard to do! We all have good intentions and sometimes we're 'good' for a little while, but then life takes over, and then we're suddenly not eating 5 a day or a whole week has gone by and you haven’t done a single bit of focused exercise.
